In order to Recover Data from an infected USB..
1- Go to Start Menu
1- Go to Start Menu
2- In Accessories go to Command Prompt
3- After that use this command
(Where j: is your USB path or it may be g: or something else depending on your system and partitions)
4- attrib –h –r –s /s /d j:*.*
5- In CMD type this (don't forget to replace j: with your own USB drive path).

I will take some time and after that your USB start showing your data in normal form which was previously showing as shortcut folder.
